Terms of Service

Docket is provided by Docket Ltd., registered at [Registered address] (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to every person and organisation using the service (“you”).

If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Docket analyses a website you nominate, proposes content topics, generates draft articles and imagery, grades them against search and AI-retrieval criteria, and — once you approve — publishes them to a WordPress site you connect. It also reads back performance data from Google properties you link.

Docket is an assistive tool. Output is a draft for your review, not finished editorial judgement, and nothing is published under your name without your approval.

Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Provide accurate registration details and keep them current. You must be at least 16 years old.

You keep all rights in the material you supply and in the content Docket generates for you. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us the limited licence needed to run the service: to store your material, to send it to our AI providers as context for generating your content, and to transmit approved content to the destinations you connect. That licence exists only to operate Docket for you and ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for confirming that you hold the rights to whatever you supply.

Generated content can be wrong. Models state things confidently that are inaccurate, outdated or misattributed. Our quality checks reduce that risk; they do not eliminate it, and they do not assess whether a claim is true.

You must review content before publishing it. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and originality of anything you publish through Docket, and for any disclosure your industry or jurisdiction requires about the use of AI.

We give no warranty that output is accurate, original, non-infringing or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not warrant any particular search ranking, traffic level or commercial result.

You agree not to use Docket to:

• Produce unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive or infringing material.
• Generate content that impersonates a real person or organisation, or that fabricates reviews, endorsements, credentials or news.
• Analyse or publish to a website you do not own or have permission to act for, or supply credentials that are not yours to supply.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the limits or security of the service, or access another customer’s data.
• Resell or redistribute the service itself without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section.

Connecting WordPress, Google or any other service is at your discretion and subject to that provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or behaviour. You may revoke our access at any time, from within Docket or directly with the provider.

Paid plans are not yet offered and there is no checkout in the product. When billing is enabled, pricing, billing intervals, taxes and refund terms will be presented before you subscribe, and we will give notice before charging an existing account. [Complete this section before enabling billing.]

We aim to keep Docket available and to keep improving it, but we do not commit to an uptime figure and there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or causes outside our control. We may change or discontinue features; where a change materially reduces what you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

The Docket software, interface, name and branding remain ours. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service, and nothing more.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or [minimum liability floor].

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you publish through Docket, from your breach of these terms, or from your use of credentials or websites you were not entitled to use.

You may stop using Docket and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, or if required by law. On termination your right to use the service ends; deletion of your data follows our Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep first.

We may update these terms and will revise the date shown alongside the contents. For material changes we will notify you directly and, where required, seek your agreement. Continuing to use Docket after a change takes effect means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction], and the courts of [Governing jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protections available to you where you live.
