How do I contact Docket support?
Email support@docket.ltd and our team will answer. Say which website you were working on, what you expected to happen and what happened instead, and paste any error message WordPress or Google returned. For a demo or a plan, use the contact page instead.
Can I open this help centre from inside Docket?
Yes. Support at the bottom of the app's sidebar opens this help centre in a new tab, so the screen you were on stays where it is. Every article has its own link, and the app can open any of them directly.
Why won't WordPress accept my Docket connection?
Usually the application password is wrong, revoked or belongs to an account without publishing rights, which WordPress reports as a 401 or 403 error. A 404 means the REST API is unreachable, so check the exact site address and permalinks. A timeout usually means a security plugin or firewall is blocking requests to /wp-json/.
Why is my Search Console data not showing in Docket?
Search Console data appears once three things are true: a property is linked to the website in Docket, the page is live, and Google has indexed it. Search Console also lags by about two days, so this morning's post will not show yet. Check the property covers the exact domain and protocol too.
Why can't I publish an article from Docket?
Publishing needs a working WordPress connection, so a greyed-out Publish button means the connection is missing or failed its last test. If a publishing rule blocks the post, such as a banned word, a missing required line or a named competitor, the message names the rule. With Owners only set, only an owner can publish.
How much does Docket cost?
Basic is $99 a month for one website, Pro is $299 a month for three websites plus Insights and page audits, and Enterprise is priced to your portfolio. Every plan includes unlimited topic ideas and the full set of checks. Choose a plan on the pricing page and our team sets up your account; fees are invoiced.
How do I delete my data or my Docket account?
Deleting a website in Docket removes its articles, topics, connections, analytics and history, and deleting an article removes it from Docket permanently. To close the account itself, email support. A copy already published to WordPress stays there until you delete it in WordPress, because it lives on your site.
